Pemanfaatan Sampah Plastik Menjadi Eco-brick sebagai Teknologi Tepat Guna di Desa Lembah Sari, Kecamatan Batu Layar, NTB

Lembah Sari Village is one of the villages located in Batu Layar sub-district, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The village has an area of 500 hectares with a population of 3,161 people. Lembah Sari Village is surrounded by hills and lots of green land, making it a special attraction for visitors to the village. The large population in Lembah Sari Village has its own problems, namely the number of villagers who use plastic waste in their daily activities so that this becomes a problem that needs to be addressed. As a form of scientific service to the community, the teaching staff together with Civil Engineering students of Muhammadiyah Mataram University together provide assistance in utilizing plastic waste into eco-bricks which are appropriate technology. This eco-brick is made by utilizing plastic waste around the village and then utilized into a form of building material or other materials. This eco-brick can be one of the solutions to reduce plastic waste in Lembah Sari village and be utilized as a business for the Lembah Sari village community

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada Perkumpulan Petani Porang Indonesia (Peporindo) yang memiliki kendala belum memiliki sumber daya yang memadai dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pelaporan pajak, serta software yang mendukung dalam administrasi pelaporan keuangan. Tujuan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan kepada Pengurus Peporindo dalam penyusunan akuntansi berbasis Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) secara terkomputerisasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah implementasi penyusunan laporan keuangan terstruktur sesuai SAK EMKM secara terkomputerisasi berbasis Microsoft Excel serta pelatihan peyusunan dokumen dan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kewajiban pelaporan pajak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan guna meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan kemampuan praktik akuntansi dalam menyusun Laporan Keuangan serta peningkatan terkait pelaporan SPT tahunan. Hasil dari program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan secara baik dan benar kepada Pengurus Peporindo dalam penyusunan akuntansi berbasis Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) secara terkomputerisasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta pelatihan peyusunan dokumen dan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kewajiban pelaporan pajak.

Freshwater fish farming is one of the economic potentials that can be developed to improve the welfare of rural communities. Bukut Village has great natural resource potential in the freshwater fisheries sector because it is surrounded by clean and clear rivers. However, there are several main problems that hinder the development of freshwater fish farming in this area, namely: 1) Limited knowledge and technology of freshwater fish hatchery, and 2) Limited availability and quality of freshwater fish seeds. The purpose of this Community Service is to educate the community about artificial breeding techniques through socialization and training or direct practice on how to carry out artificial breeding on freshwater fish to increase the number of freshwater fish seed production and community turnover. The community service method is carried out by dissemination through socialization to increase understanding of good and effective freshwater fish farming, training in artificial breeding techniques from selecting broodstock to hatching eggs, and mentoring. The community service partners are 15 people from the Bukut Village community, Terangun Gayo Lues District. The results of the community service showed that 85% of partners experienced increased knowledge about artificial breeding, 89% of partners understood how to select good broodstock for spawning, 84% of partners understood spawning methods, 83% of partners understood larval maintenance techniques, and 63% of partners' income increased.

PT PAL Indonesia, as a strategic company in the maritime industry, is committed to enhancing the effectiveness of human resource planning to support smooth operations, especially in the Warship Division. This identification process is carried out as part of a continuous evaluation, ensuring the alignment between the available workforce and the actual needs. The company applies a manpower planning and workload analysis-based approach to achieve these goals. With proper implementation, PT PAL Indonesia is expected to improve the efficiency of human resource management and ensure optimal operational continuity across all production lines, particularly in the Warship Division. Budget constraints are not the only factor causing delays in the recruitment process. It is also part of the company's strategic policy aimed at balancing cost efficiency with productivity.

Digital transformation in Islamic banking is a key strategy for delivering efficient, fast, and relevant services to modern society. One service significantly impacted is the Hajj savings product, which can now be accessed through digital platforms such as Bank Syariah Indonesia's (BSI) Byond Mobile app. This community service activity aimed to evaluate the optimization of digital-based Hajj savings services at BSI's Surabaya Manukan branch. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through field observations, informal interviews with bank staff, and documentation of service activities. The results of the community service program showed that the use of the Byond Mobile application accelerated the account opening process, reduced administrative errors, and increased customer convenience and trust. Furthermore, the involvement of student interns supported digital literacy among customers unfamiliar with technology. This program not only benefited the community but also provided students with practical experience and a meaningful role in improving Sharia-compliant public services. The findings of the activity recommended strengthening digital literacy and technical training to enhance the effectiveness of similar services in the future.

Edukasi dan Sosialisasi Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) Bagi Pengrajin Batik Melindungi Motif dan Desain Tradisional

The motifs and designs of traditional batik are an important part of Indonesia's cultural heritage, which holds high aesthetic and economic value. However, the low understanding of batik artisans about intellectual property rights (IPR) has led to many traditional works being vulnerable to imitation or claims by others without permission. This research aims to provide education and outreach regarding the importance of IPR protection to batik artisans, particularly in terms of copyright and industrial design. The methods used include counseling, interactive discussions, and the distribution of educational materials in batik craft centers. The results of the activities indicate an increase in participants' knowledge about relevant types of IPR, registration procedures, and the legal and economic benefits of IPR protection. This education is expected to encourage awareness and active participation of artisans in registering their works, so that traditional batik motifs and designs remain protected, preserved, and sustainable.

Pendampingan Masyarakat dalam Digitalisasi Pembukaan Rekening Syariah bagi Penerima Bantuan Subsidi Upah

The digital era has driven significant transformation in the financial system, one of which is through the digital financial migration strategy in the Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) program. This community service describes the implementation of the digital financial migration strategy through assistance in opening accounts for BSU recipients at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Mojokerto Surodinawan. A descriptive qualitative method was used, involving direct observation and semi-structured interviews with BSU recipients categorized as unbanked and underbanked. The results of the community service initiative indicate that the BYOND by BSI application was used as the primary medium for opening digital accounts. However, its implementation still faces challenges related to literacy and technological adaptation among customers. Based on the assistance provided, it was recorded that 60% of BSU recipients experienced difficulties in operating the BYOND application, particularly during the activation stage and when using initial features. The BSU program not only functions as a means of distributing social assistance but also as a catalyst for expanding Islamic financial inclusion. These findings emphasize the importance of a humanistic and adaptive approach in digital financial migration to achieve an inclusive and sustainable economic transformation. The implications of this community service form the basis for Islamic financial institutions in designing digital strategies that are more responsive to the needs of low-income communities as well as unbanked and underbanked groups.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Wonokusumo Melalui Budidaya Tanaman Pakcoy Menggunakan Hidroponik Wick System

The problem of limited land in densely populated areas, particularly in Wonokusumo Village, Semampir District, Surabaya City, is a major obstacle in the community's efforts to meet food needs independently. This condition has prompted the need for innovations that can address the challenge of limited space while increasing food self-sufficiency. One step taken is community empowerment through the cultivation of bok choy using a wick hydroponic system. This activity is designed through several stages: observation and surveys, program planning, coordination with relevant parties, outreach and material delivery, hydroponic cultivation practices (seeding, monitoring, wick system installation), and the final stage of transplanting. The results of the activity indicate that this hydroponic method is relatively easy to understand, does not require a large area of land, and is able to produce plants suitable for consumption. In addition to providing a solution for providing healthy food, this system also has the potential to increase small business opportunities for residents. The enthusiasm shown by residents of RW 14, especially the women in the farming group, is a positive sign of the program's initial success. Going forward, it is hoped that this activity can be continued independently by the community, thereby supporting food self-sufficiency and improving family welfare.

Pemberdayaan Kesehatan Masyarakat Dusun Kemantren II Semawung Melalui Edukasi Pengelolaan Obat

The misuse of drugs is a major health issue in Indonesia, largely due to a lack of understanding about proper drug management. Knowledge of correct medication use is essential to prevent administration errors. Key issues in Dusun Kemantren II, Semawung Village include a limited understanding of medication usage and inadequate drug storage systems. Engaging the community with information on effective drug management is essential to address this. This community service initiative aims to improve drug management knowledge in Dusun Kemantren II, Semawung Village, Purworejo District. The activity was carried out on May 4, 2025, with 23 participants. Evaluation results showed increased participants' knowledge after the education, based on average pre-test and post-test scores. This program successfully improved public knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of proper drug management. It provided practical means, such as medicine boxes, to support the implementation of this knowledge at the household level.
