Rengganis, Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat implements a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the sustainability of journal management and maintain the quality of scholarly publications.

1. Submission Fee

Authors are not required to pay any fees (IDR 0) for manuscript submission or during the peer-review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial evaluation and peer review in accordance with the journal's quality standards and publication ethics.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

Each manuscript accepted for publication is subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 400,000 per article.

This fee covers publication-related services, including manuscript editing, final proofreading, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration and management, and XML galley preparation.

3. Payment Procedure

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication, as confirmed through a formal acceptance notification or Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account officially provided by the Editorial Team. After completing the payment, authors are required to submit proof of payment to the Editorial Team through the designated contact channel or via the journal's official email address: rengganisjurnal@gmail.com.

4. Transparency and Editorial Independence

The APC policy does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decisions. All decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection are based solely on scientific quality, originality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, peer-review outcomes, and compliance with publication ethics.

Payment of the APC does not guarantee manuscript acceptance. The fee is charged only for manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial and peer-review processes and have been formally accepted for publication.
